Northern Tours looks forward to the opportunity to act as your booking agent for your travel needs. These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you purchase travel-related services through us, in addition to your obligations as a customer. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Northern Tours. The term “you” refers to the customer visiting our website or any other sales channel, booking a reservation through us, or otherwise using our services. These terms and conditions are applicable to all clients of Northern Tours and its affiliated companies.
1. Day Tours
Northern Tours confirms a booking when it is fully paid by a client. Once Northern Tours has accepted a booking and received payment, the contract between Northern Tours and the client becomes binding.

Once Northern Tours has accepted a booking and received payment, the contract between Northern Tours and the client becomes binding. The remaining 70% of the tour fee must be paid by the client at the commencement of the tour, prior to departure.
By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions of Northern Tours. You also confirm that you meet all conditions set by Northern Tours and are physically able to follow our instructions and participate in all activities planned and operated by us. If you are unsure, please contact our office before booking. Parents and/or legal guardians take full responsibility for any damages caused by passengers under their care. Children under the age of 18 years may not use the services of Northern Tours unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Northern Tours accepts liability for the negligence of its employees causing direct physical injury to passengers only to the extent required under Pakistani law. Northern Tours shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or mishap to individuals or personal property, including but not limited to consequences arising from flight delays or cancellations, adverse weather conditions, vehicle accidents, strikes, illness, government actions, customs regulations, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances constituting force majeure. By confirming your booking with Northern Tours, you acknowledge that all reasonable measures have been taken to limit liability within these terms.
The advance deposit for all multi-day tours, packages, and group tours booked with Northern Tours is non-refundable. This deposit covers costs related to reservation cancellations, third-party services, and payment processing fees. The number of tour days initially booked cannot be cancelled, though the tour duration may be extended if requested. The cancellation fee does not apply if Northern Tours cancels the booking. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or letter.
Before entering into a contract, Northern Tours reserves the right to make changes to any facilities or services offered. We also reserve the right to cancel bookings due to weather conditions or other unavoidable circumstances. Any changes made are typically minor, and clients will be informed at the earliest possible opportunity. If a major change—such as a significant alteration to departure time—is required, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible before the tour begins. In the event of a major change or cancellation, you may choose to accept the revised arrangements, purchase an alternative available tour, or cancel the tour, subject to Clause 5 above.
Clients are advised to finalize itineraries carefully to avoid unnecessary delays or complications. If a change is requested after confirmation, Northern Tours reserves the right to apply change fees. The number of tour days originally booked may be extended upon request and will be charged accordingly.
